Tier-OneRoofing

Tier-One did an amazing job, 3500 sq ft house with steep roofs and an outbuilding in one day. Daniel Amos kept us informed on progress and the company is Veteran owned. Highly recommend them.

Claude is the best. He came out and was direct, but very professional and polite. I had what felt like too many questions but he was patient and answered all of them in a professional manner, he was very knowledgeable on the issue I was having and was able to help.

We ended up with a ton of damage during the May hail storm. Elijah and Tevin deserve 5 stars but I docked a star due to the project manager Justin rushing and not really communicating plus the team that did the work did an amazing job but accidentally broke our walkway leading to our front door. Elijah tried getting assistance with the main office and was met with crickets. Even with the one star docked I would still recommend this veteran owned company. I myself and my husband are veterans so we always feel confident using veteran owned businesses.

Tier One Roofing did an amazing job. JP made the insurance process easy as can be and painless for us. He walked us through each step and answered all the questions we had. Such a nice and helpful guy. Thanks JP for making the process so painful free.

The install also went great! Justin and his crew arrived on time and got the job done within the stated time frame. They also did a great job making sure they didn’t leave any mess behind. Their attention to detail was definitely noticed. Justin made sure to walk us around the house when they were done and explain what to expect and the warranty we had on our new roof.

Overall a great experience with something that can sometimes be stressful to deal with. That’s to Justin and JP for taking great care of us and our home.

Jacob is straight-up peak aura, total GOAT 🐏 status. He ain't no NPC fraud like LeBron—my guy is on that prime ⛹️ Michael Jordan and Kobe Bryant level fr fr. Here’s the lore:

🏠Bought a pad, hired some budget roofer to save coins, and they completely cooked it (and not in a good way, straight massive L). 😱 Long story short, I had to tap in with my boy Jacob from Tier 1 Roofing ⭐. Jacob hopped up on that roof in literal 100-degree heat, ☀️sweating buckets under that brutal Oklahoma sun like an absolute unit. He locked in, measured everything, took the receipts (pics), and dropped a super fair price with zero fanum tax.

I was on a tight schedule, so he gave me a locked-in ETA. Bro showed up with the squad and absolutely ate—no crumbs left.

Ngl, I got a quote from another roofing company too and their price was high-key mid, plus they couldn't speedrun the job like Tier 1. Lesson learned: never going with anyone else. When it comes to roofing, Tier 1 is zero side quests, straight business. Jacob and I are basically day-one besties now.

Massive W! Let’s gooo! 💯💪🏻
